Server Rules ​

These rules apply across WSE. Gamemode-specific rules are included below.

🤝 Community Rules ​

Respect everyone ​

  • Be respectful to all players and staff.
  • No racism, sexism, homophobia, hate speech, slurs, harassment, or bullying.

Appropriate content only ​

  • Sexual, disturbing, or otherwise inappropriate content is not allowed.
  • Offensive or disturbing discussions are not permitted.

No politics or religion ​

  • Political or religious debates are not allowed.
  • Avoid discussions that may create unnecessary conflict.

Privacy and safety ​

  • Do not share personal information such as real names, addresses, IPs, phone numbers, or payment details.
  • Doxxing, threats, or discussion of real-life harm is strictly prohibited.

Staff authority ​

  • Follow staff instructions when given.
  • Do not impersonate staff or mislead players about your authority.
  • Punishment appeals or discussions must be handled through the proper support channels.

💬 Chat Rules ​

English only ​

  • English must be used in global chat.
  • English must also be used on signs, item names, and mob names.

No spam ​

  • Do not flood chat with repeated messages.
  • Avoid excessive capital letters, repeated characters, or symbol spam.

No advertising ​

  • Advertising other servers, IPs, Discords, or communities is not allowed.
  • Unapproved links, promotions, or shop advertising are not permitted.

Chat filter ​

  • Do not attempt to bypass or test the chat filter.

Mute evasion ​

  • Do not bypass chat mutes using signs, books, renamed items, or other players.

🎮 Gameplay Rules ​

Fair gameplay ​

  • Do not use hacked clients or unfair modifications.
  • This includes X-ray, auto clickers, reach or movement modifications, and macros that provide unfair advantages.

Disallowed mods ​

  • Mods or texture packs that allow players to see ores, players, mobs, or containers through blocks are not allowed.

No exploits or dupes ​

  • Do not use or abuse bugs, glitches, dupes, or unintended mechanics.
  • All exploits must be reported to staff.

Server performance ​

  • Lag machines, crash machines, or builds designed to harm server performance are not allowed.
  • Farms or builds that negatively impact server performance may be limited or removed.

⛏ Survival (SMP) Rules ​

Claims and land protection ​

  • The Survival world uses a claim protection system.
  • Anything outside of claims is considered unprotected and may be interacted with by other players.
  • Players are responsible for claiming their builds and valuables.

Trusted players ​

  • If you trust another player in your claim, you are responsible for that decision.
  • Staff will generally not intervene in disputes involving trusted players.

Claim abuse ​

  • Do not attempt to bypass or exploit claim protections.
  • Do not claim land around another player's base in order to trap, block, or sabotage them.
  • Destroying or manipulating terrain around claims to harm the owner is considered griefing.

Unclaimed bases ​

  • Bases built outside of claims are built at your own risk and are not guaranteed protection.

Player trapping ​

  • Trapping players in any way is not allowed, even if PvP is enabled.

💎 Economy Rules ​

Respect the economy ​

  • Do not use exploits, dupes, or unintended mechanics to gain economic advantage.
  • Respect the emerald economy system.

No scamming ​

  • Scamming players is not allowed.

Trades ​

  • Player trades are conducted at your own risk.
  • Staff may intervene at their discretion when clear evidence is provided.

🧱 Creative Rules ​

Appropriate builds ​

  • Offensive, inappropriate, or disturbing builds are not allowed.

Plot responsibility ​

  • Players are responsible for anyone they trust on their plot.
  • Staff will generally not intervene in disputes involving trusted players.

Server performance ​

  • Redstone machines or builds designed to cause lag are not allowed.

🏝 OneBlock Rules ​

Island interference ​

  • Do not attempt to access, grief, or interfere with other players' islands.

Exploit abuse ​

  • Do not abuse OneBlock mechanics, bugs, or automation to gain unfair advantages.

Island responsibility ​

  • If you invite players to your island, you are responsible for the access you give them.

👤 Accounts & Enforcement ​

Account responsibility ​

  • You are responsible for everything done on your account.

Alt accounts ​

  • Do not use alternate accounts to gain advantages such as vote rewards, economy benefits, or bypassing gameplay limits.

Ban evasion ​

  • Ban evasion using alt accounts, VPNs, or proxies is not allowed.
  • VPNs and anonymizing networks may be blocked.

Voting ​

  • Vote only for your own account.
  • Alt voting or IP abuse is not allowed.

⚖ Final Rule ​

Spirit of the rules ​

  • Attempting to bypass the intent of the rules or abuse loopholes may still result in punishment.
  • Rules may be updated at any time.
  • By playing on the server you agree to follow all current rules.
